Mollie Marti has served as Director of Operations since 2003. A native of Iowa, Mollie graduated first in her class from Loras College and with high distinction from the Iowa College of Law.
After practicing law and clerking for a federal judge for several years, Mollie returned to the University of Iowa for a Ph.D. in Psychology. She now teaches as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Psychology, is founder of The National Resilience Institute and speaks to audiences around the world. She is author of “Walking with Justice; Uncommon Lessons from One of Life’s Greatest Mentors”.
Mollie’s expertise is in the areas of human performance, leadership, communication, sales, transitions and personal development. She helps create effective business processes to improve productivity and generate a meaningful experience for our clients.
Mollie enjoys working side-by-side with her husband, Monte, spending time with their wonderful staff and helping to serve clients.
She lives in rural Mount Vernon with Monte and their three children.
